That Pedal Show Special – Slide Guitar With Ariel Posen

By Leslie Rich | November 04, 2016

In this episode Daniel and Mick welcome all-round awesome slide guitar player, Ariel Posen, to the show. Ariel plays in The Brothers Landreth (among many other gigs, sessions, tours and projects). As niether Daniel, or Mick play slide to a great degree, they invited Ariel to help discuss effects including overdrive, compression, tremolo, reverb and delay as they relate to slide tones and approaches.

It’s not a lesson or a manifesto on the art of slide, more a discussion with a few laughs along the way.
